CHAI.LDN is a mobile cart and is a self service concept, giving you the freedom to enjoy our Chai Cart as and when you wish. However, we do offer the option of a manned cart if you'd like Chai to be served on the day.

I AM BASED OUTSIDE ESSEX- COULD I STILL HIRE CHAI.LDN?

Fear not, we are able to provide our Mobile Chai Cart will all the accessories outside of Essex. Depending on your requirements we can also provide our Chai blends for you to brew up a storm in your own kitchen.

MY EVENT DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED

We would be happy to change your booking dates (depending on availability) and discuss your options.

HOW LONG WILL MY CHAI STAY HOT?

All our Samovars will be provided with Chafing Gel, which will keep the Samovars hot for approximately 5-6 hours.

CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?

All deposits are non-refundable, however, we will be able to provide a change of date if available.
